RESILIENT FRONTLINE
A funded programme to help workers and managers in third sector frontline organisations.
THIS PROGRAMME RAN ACROSS 2022 & 23 AND AIMED TO INCREASE CONFIDENCE, RESILIENCE, WELLBEING & LEADERSHIP SKILLS VIA SUBSIDISED COACHING SESSIONS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS.

IT WAS FOR THOSE WORKING IN THIRD SECTOR ORGANISATIONS BASED IN BRIGHTON AND HOVE.
THIS PROGRAMME WAS A RESPONSE TO COVID 19 WHICH INCREASED WORKLOAD, REDUCED SUPPORT AND INCREASED MENTAL STRESS. WE SUPPORTED THOSE WHO SUPPORT OTHERS, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO FACE ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DISCRIMINATION ON TOP OF THEIR WORKPLACE PRESSURES. BY PROVIDING COACHING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS WE AIMED TO STRENGTHEN LEADERSHIP SKILLS, INCREASE RESILIENCE AND SUPPORT SECTOR DIVERSITY
