About the workshop.
Understanding how our brains work, how our nervous systems are triggered and learning how to emotionally self-regulate, helps us reduce feelings of overwhelm and teaches us how to take care of ourselves.
This workshop, through a variety of fun and absorbing exercises, ranging from meditation and mindfulness techniques to practices based on the latest neuroscience research, teaches participants useful tools for daily life including emotional self-regulation, boundary setting, how to improve our breathing, quietening our inner critic and how to create their own personal cheerleading troupe!
By the end of the workshop participants will have practical tools to reduce anxiety, stress and calm an overactive mind, leaving the workshop with a greater sense of peace, resilience, and confidence.
